Mod Calls
The following content is exclusively for Washington D.C. Roleplay Staff Team personnel.
Please be aware that all the information provided here is considered confidential. Any unauthorized disclosure to public users will be subject to disciplinary measures.
Please note that each mod call should only take up to 3 minutes for effective.
Responding
If there is multiple mod calls, each can be handled by up to 2 staffs. But we preferred you to handle other calls as you are available.
Process
To start of handling a mod call, you should follow this steps:
Self Introduce and Ask For Reason
Ask for Suspect‘s username/appearance(player report)
Ask for Proof(player report)
Take Action such as warn, kick or ban IF NEEDED(player report)
Outro
Log Action to Melonly IF NEEDED(player report)
Example:
Hello! Welcome to WDCRP, what can I help you with?
May I know suspect’s username or appearance if you have?
Do you have any proof such as video clip or screenshot by any chance? We don’t accept any witness.
Thanks for calling, have a good day in WDCRP!
Investigation
If mod caller doesn’t have proof on suspect breaking rule. You are allowed to investigate on them by viewing IF there is no other mod calls.
Suspect
It is not recommended to bring suspect to caller. It will leads to them arguing. We advise you to teleport to suspect and give out punishment.
You are allowed to make them wanted and cuff them if they are still breaking rules when you are there.
Seek for help
If you have to leave the game due to a reason, please ask for other staff member to handle the call before leaving.
If the caller is asking for a HR, please ask them the reason first before requesting a HR.
