The following content is exclusively for Washington D.C. Roleplay Staff Team personnel.

Melonly is a website that provides a moderation panel for servers and their staff team to work easily.
All staff members is required to join Melonly to get on duty.
The moderator panel allows you to manage your shift. Use the buttons on the left side of the panel to start and end your shift/break. Click the
View My Shifts
button to view your shifts within the server.
Please make sure to end shift or press take a break when you are leaving or taking a rest. Once SSD, you must press end shift.
The center of the panel is where you create logs. Provide a username, log type, and reason for the log. Please also follow the format: (punishment) - (reason)
For miscellaneous punishments (jail, respawn, team removal AND LTAP x1) please mark it with
note
type of log.
You should only request a Ban Bolo when it’s their second LTAP(LTAP x2)
For Verbal Warning, you should mark it as "Warn" type and follow this format: VW - (reason). Example: VW - RDM
A leave of absence can be requested by going to the server's moderator panel and clicking
Manage Leave of Absence
. Here, you can submit a leave of absence request. After submitting the form, the request must be reviewed by HR+.
If you are returning early or cancelling the LoA, please let a HR+ know.
Every time you hand out permission in game, you must also execute the action at moderation panel.
The actions tab is where you can see previously ran actions and run new actions. To access the actions tab, go to the moderator panel, and select the
Actions
tab in the left of the panel.To run an action, select the action under
Select an Action to Execute
. If there is a form provided, you'll be prompted to answer the questions.(username).
Each Activity Wave will lasts 7 days. Staffs who failed the activity requirement will lead into a disciplinary action. (the Timeline calculates the result of the whole team combined)
Melonly allows servers to view activity leaderboards. Leaderboards show the most active staff as well as who did and didn't meet the hour requirement for a specified activity wave. To view activity leaderboards, go to the
Activity
tab of your server's dashboard and selectActivity Leaderboards
. If a staff member was on leave of absence during the activity wave, they will have a calendar icon in their row.
