This document contains private information specifically for WDCRP Staff Team personnel. The following information contains policies, regulations, which all staff members must acknowledge and agree upon.
WDCRP Community Management adopts this staff Code of Conduct to establish standards, policies, and procedures for positive departmental staff development and staff behavioral expectations within staff team and, as appropriate, for conduct away from staff team. Every staff member that withholds a position within WDCRP Staff Team shall observe promulgated rules and regulations and the discipline imposed for infraction of those rules.

Mission Statement
-WDCRP Staff Team
“To ensure ethical operations, WDCRP Staff Members MUST follow the policies listed in order to provide our community with a reassuring community service profession. It is our mission to ensure that our management enforces strict policies and standards for the benefit and/or growth of our infrastructure.
WDCRP Community Management, regardless of position, are valued. We are determined to provide an efficient structure while establishing a professional work ethic.”
[Policy 100] - Staff Expectations
WDCRP Community Management expects staff members to conduct themselves in keeping with their levels of development, maturity, and demonstrated capabilities with proper regard for the rights and welfare of other associates and management personnel.
WDCRP Community Management believes that standards for staff behavior must be set cooperatively through interaction among the associates, administrators, and management representatives, producing an atmosphere that encourages staff to grow in self-discipline. The development of this atmosphere requires respect for self and others, as well as for the community members it withholds. (1) All administrators and personnel within the staff team must follow toxicity/disrespect policies at all times. (2) Spreading sexual rumors, sexually harassing others, or sexting is not permitted anywhere in WDCRP. (3) Leaking or disclosing any information within the staff team is strictly prohibited. If caught leaking/disclosing any information/assets from the staff team, you will be subjected to disciplinary action. Leaking may range from a variety of materials. If caught leaking/disclosing information, you will be reprimanded. WDCRP Community Management may reprimand users for leaking material that is not already listed on this page. ∘ Discussion Chats ∘ Moderation Logs ∘ Punishments ∘ Classified Material (information, documents) ∘ Link Material (4) Failure to comply/meet staff team activity and or professional ethic expectations. WDCRP Community Management endorses a set of staff expectations that are to be followed. The expectations that each staff team personnel must maintain are but are not limited to: ∘ Discord/In-game Activity (3hrs/week) ∘ Modcalls (Moderation skill & Knowledge) ∘ Evaluations (5) Tickets, logs, and moderation discussions are to be discussed within staff chat. Failure to comply with this expectation may result in disciplinary measures. (6) While withholding a position within WDCRP Staff Team, your position may be revoked at any given time. Eventually, all members who are removed will be given reasoning within 24 hours of the removal. (7) Creating a fake Leave of Absence request, to excuse staff expectations is not permitted and will result in disciplinary action. (8) WDCRP Community Management mandates an interview/simulation type evaluation every few months. Failure to agree to take this evaluation will result in removal. Each staff member must take the evaluation and score above 70%+. (9) WDCRP Staff Team members are not to be in contact with any blacklisted members or affiliates. If caught, every role/position within WDCRP Staff Team will be revoked issuing your termination and blacklist. (10) Staff members are expected to log every punishment in . If it’s being reported through ticket, put the evidence link into ”reason” slot. (11) Staff members are required to clock in and out of shifts correctly. This will contribute towards showing activity. Failure to clock in and out of shifts, will lead to your activity not being tracked. [Policy 200] - Trial Expectations (Trial Moderator/Administrator) While withholding a position within WDCRP Staff Team, all trial moderators/administrators are mandated to follow/obey [Policy 100] - Staff Expectations.
(1) Each Moderator In Training is required to fulfill a training to become an Trial Moderator. Failing the training twice will issue a removal from the staff team. (2) Trial Moderators will be supervised by higher ranks with feedback which will affects the duration of trial phase.
(3) All trial staff members must pass the staff team activity requirement without Leave of Absence. Failure to complete will result in a removal from the staff team. (Exception for important personal reason) [Policy 300] - Abuse of Power WDCRP Community Management recognizes that staff members have authority over others. However, this does not grant administrators to abuse their power. (1) You may not use WDCRP Staff Team to your advantage. Such as mishandling a modcall due to you not liking a user. (2) You may not use the position you withhold to harass or intimidate someone. (3) Using the position you withhold to sanction unjustified actions will not be tolerated and will issue a removal from the staff team.
[Policy 400] - Sexting WDCRP Community Management has been made aware of users who send sexually explicit photographs of themselves to other users/organizational sites that collect data that can be harmful. If an associate receives these compromising photos and then merely shows them to others may be subject to criminal consequences, and can be criminally charged with invasion of privacy 2. This conduct can be characterized as the dissemination of “child pornography” (Under circumstances) and can have serious compliance with Megan’s Law 14, a significant stigma that would follow them for their entire lives. If you or someone you know is being subjected to sexting/"forever images" being spread around. Please speak up and forward your inquiries over to SHR+
[Policy 500] - Sexual Harassment WDCRP Community Management prohibits sexual harassment by members and staff team associates. Washington D.C. Roleplay will not condone or tolerate sexual harassment in any form. Sexual harassment is defined as “unwelcome sexual advances, request for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a nature which constitutes.” If you or someone you know is being sexually harassed. Please speak up and forward your inquiries over to SHR+. [Policy 600] - Disciplinary Actions The list of potential disciplinary sanctions that any staff member may face if they fail to follow any of the Rules & Regulation Policies specified in this document is provided below. WDCRP Community Management has the authority to impose disciplinary punishments on any entity and choose the appropriate course of action. However, only the SHR+ approval may authorize an action that results in the staff member being terminated/removed from the department.
Verbal reprimand.
Written reprimand.
Removal from the staff team.
Suspension from the staff team.
Demotion.
Issued redevelopment training/simulation.
WDCRP Community Management recognizes that members may want a chance at appealing their disciplinary punishment. WDCRP Community Management may grant these opportunities to staff, under the circumstances of multiple management personnel agreeing. Consequences and Appropriate Remedial Action Washington D.C. Roleplay requires its management associates to implement procedures that ensure both the appropriate consequences and remedial responses for associates who commit acts that violate our Code of Conduct. The following factors, at a minimum, shall be given full consideration by administrators in the implementation of appropriate consequences and remedial measures for each act that is in violation of our Code of Conduct by associates. Appropriate consequences and remedial actions are those that are graded according to the severity of the offense(s), and consider the developmental ages of the offenders and associates’ histories of inappropriate behaviors, per the Code of Conduct and or Associate Standards. Factors for Determining Consequences age, developmental and maturity levels of the parties involved and their relationship to: ∘ Surrounding circumstances; ∘ Nature and severity of the behavior(s); ∘ Incidences of past or continuing patterns of behavior; ∘ Relationships between the parties involved; ∘ Context in which the alleged incidents occurred. [Policy 700] - Leave of Absence WDCRP Community Management recognizes that staff may need a break from games/discord. WDCRP Community Management acknowledges this and grants associates the opportunity to apply for Leave of Absence.
Leave of Absence duration should be minimum of 4 days to maximum to 60 days.
[Policy 800] - Staff Responsibilities
WDCRP Community Management stands with guaranteeing efficiency and professionalism as stated in [Policy 100] - Staff Expectations. In order to carry out this expectation, staff members must follow the responsibilities listed within this section.
(1) Each staff associate will have the responsibility of consistently responding to modcalls. All staff members are able to respond a modcall, regardless of position, including Official Trial Moderators.
(2) Administrator personnel Trial Administrator - Senior Administrator
will have the duties of supervising Official Trial Moderators associate operations while maintaining activity and giving feedback to them and HR+. And also confirming ban bolo(s) with the power of administrator.
(3) Management personnel Community Advisory Council - Chief Of Staff
will have the responsibility supervising all staff associate’s operations and managing trainings/evaluation.
[Policy 1100] - Privacy & Security
WDCRP Community Management takes privacy and security risks seriously. To ensure no damage may be subject to the community. This section protects our community and any entities associated with it from any user’s data being publicly disclosed and used in the future.
Sharing of personal information including but not limited to; sexual orientation, lifestyle, race, gender, ethnicity, financial status, and so on. Is not recommended. Any and all information you share is at your own risk and we are not responsible for any leaking of this information.
We ask, that when reviewing tickets. You review the ticket with full confidentiality. Leaking any private information (Birth Certificate, Identification, Passport, Student Identification, etc) will result in permanent removal from WDCRP if in violation of violating the confidentiality/safety of a minor.
