# In-Game Rules & Punishments

**In-Game Rules**\
These are in-game rules and must be followed by all users playing the game.

### 1. Exploiting <a href="#h-1-exploiting-1" id="h-1-exploiting-1"></a>

**Exploiting** is not allowed and results in a permanent ban from our server. These bans are rarely appealable. Exploiting may include noclipping, flying, teleporting, etc. You know exploiting when you see it.

### 2. Tool Abuse <a href="#h-2-cuff-abuse-random-killing-tool-abuse-2" id="h-2-cuff-abuse-random-killing-tool-abuse-2"></a>

**Tool Abuse** is when you abuse your tools, for example: cuffing other player unnecessarily or placing deployable items randomly.

### 3. Mod/Admin Abuse <a href="#h-3-admin-abuse-3" id="h-3-admin-abuse-3"></a>

**Mod/Admin Abuse** is using admin commands randomly or incorrectly&#x20;

### 4. Disrespect <a href="#h-4-disrespect-4" id="h-4-disrespect-4"></a>

**Disrespect** is especially going out of your way to discourage or defame someone else for any reason. This includes any type of **hatespeech,** "**flame wars"** or **mass yelling.**

### 5. Random Death Match (RDM)/Random Shooting <a href="#h-5-fire-functionality-misuse-5" id="h-5-fire-functionality-misuse-5"></a>

Random Death Match (RDM)/Random Shooting is when you kill someone or shooting for no apparent reason or no roleplay behind it. Failure to follow will result in the following punishments.

### 6. Spamming <a href="#h-6-spamming-6" id="h-6-spamming-6"></a>

**Spamming** is when you repeatedly send the same message in an effort to annoy or displease someone. This also applies to radio spamming and falls under trolling.

### 7. Trolling <a href="#h-7-trolling-7" id="h-7-trolling-7"></a>

**Trolling** is when you purposefully attempt to break a roleplay by saying foolish things or taking foolish actions. For example, calls someone “fat”, pushing them around, and then fails roleplay, they’re obviously trolling.

### 8. Glitching <a href="#h-8-glitching-8" id="h-8-glitching-8"></a>

**Glitching** is when you use bugs in either Roblox or the game scripting to take an advantage over other players. This is not allowed and punishable similar to exploiting.

### 9. Banned Roleplay <a href="#h-9-logging-leaving-9" id="h-9-logging-leaving-9"></a>

### 10. Safezone <a href="#h-10-raiding-10" id="h-10-raiding-10"></a>

**Safezone** is a marked area that you are not allowed to roleplay, shoot or kill in the area. Safezone is always included any team spawn. PD Armory room, PD Garage, FD, DOT Station, Civilian Spawn.

### 11. Impersonation <a href="#h-11-afk-farming-11" id="h-11-afk-farming-11"></a>

**Impersonation** is when you pretend that you are someone or you have some power but actually you don’t. For example, *I am player216 but I told others that I am giveumoney and I have permission to ban everyone.*

### 12. Staff Disrespect  <a href="#h-12-cross-teaming-12" id="h-12-cross-teaming-12"></a>

**Staff Disrespect** is when you failure to follow staff’s instructions or being rude to any staff.

### 13. Staff Evasion <a href="#h-13-control-panel-abuse-13" id="h-13-control-panel-abuse-13"></a>

**Staff Evasion** is when a staff member is chasing you or trying to stop you but you run away from them on purpose. You should always stop or pull over when you see a staff in staff team or with ember ELS chasing you.

**Staff RDM** is when you attempted to or kill a on-duty staff member on purpose.

### 15. Liveries and Uniform <a href="#h-14-impersonation-14" id="h-14-impersonation-14"></a>

**When you are in any Public Service team(PD,FD,DOT)** you must have our CUSTOM livery and uniform on. For Whitelisted uniform and liveries, using without authorization will also lead into fellow punishments.

**Disturbing** is when you messing a on-going event, training or roleplay which makes other feel annoyed.

### 17. Exotic <a href="#h-17-spawn-camping-17" id="h-17-spawn-camping-17"></a>

**Exotic type of vehicle is restricted to** [**Community Supporters**](https://discord.com/channels/1071353428430815232/1071353431693983748) **only.**

### 18. Entering Unauthorized Areas <a href="#h-18-entering-unauthorized-areas-18" id="h-18-entering-unauthorized-areas-18"></a>

**Entering unauthorized areas** is when you enter an area that you are not allowed to be in. This considers as FD, PD Armory room, PD Garage, Sheriff Office. This affects to your character and vehicle.

### 19. Unrealistic Avatar <a href="#h-19-unauthorized-sessions-19" id="h-19-unauthorized-sessions-19"></a>

**Unrealistic Avatar** is when you are having a unreal avatar to real life. For example, having a demon on your back, having wings, weird skin colors(red, blue, green etc..), glitched avatar that makes you mega or a slime.

### 20. Baiting <a href="#h-20-electric-chair-abuse-20" id="h-20-electric-chair-abuse-20"></a>

Baiting is when you trigger the emergency service call and mod call system but without a vaild reason. This also affects to spamming robbery(Trigger a robbery alarm then leave instantly).

### 21. GTA Driving/Unrealistic Driving, Vehicle Death Match (VDM) <a href="#h-21-false-patrol-logs-21" id="h-21-false-patrol-logs-21"></a>

**GTA Driving/Unrealistic Driving, Vehicle Death Match** are when you are driving unrealistically by speeding for no reason, drive over pedestrian road or grass, continue driving after vehicle crashed or flipped over. And by abusing for crashing into things and other players.

### 22. Fail Roleplay (FRP), Fear Roleplay, New Life Rule (NLR) <a href="#h-22-failure-to-comply-with-instruction-22" id="h-22-failure-to-comply-with-instruction-22"></a>

**FRP, Fear Roleplay, NLR is when you failure to comply with roleplay realistically.** This considers many scenes. For example, standing on a moving vehicle, pull out a gun when there is multiple guns pointed at you, respawn and take revenge or return to the same roleplay after died.

### 23. Leave To Avoid Punishment (LTAP) <a href="#h-22-failure-to-comply-with-instruction-22" id="h-22-failure-to-comply-with-instruction-22"></a>

**Leave To Avoid Punishment (LTAP)** is when a staff member is about to hand out punishment on you but you decided to leave the server/game to avoid being punished. We believe that some of the players might have internet issue and might disconnect. So we will only issue a ban on second LTAP.
